Hey, Purpose Expedition team! We are so excited to have you with us this year. In order to give the best experience possible for everyone involved, we need you to fill out the following paperwork items. We ask that you upload any and all documents containing sensitive information directly to our secure online storage via the links provided below. Please do not email sensitive documents. Please submit the following items by October 15:
*If you do not have a passport, you will need to apply for one by October 15th and upload your application receipt to this folder in lieu of the document itself.
You can print out these documents and physically sign them or download them as a pdf and edit them on your computer. Then take a picture on your phone, or scan and save as a PDF and upload.
THIS FORM IS ONLY NECESSARY IF YOU WILL BE PARKING A CAR ON CAMPUS DURING THE RETREAT.
