Spring Break
Compass Spring Break trips offer college and high school students a unique blend of service, cultural immersion, and personal growth. These trips are an affordable, purpose-filled alternative to traditional spring breaks
Open to: Students at our partner institutions.
Summer Discipleship Program
The Summer Discipleship Program blends adventure, service, and theological exploration, starting with mentorship and training in Boston and culminating in a week of ministry and reflection in Iceland. Participants grow in faith, confidence, and purpose while building lasting connections.
Open to: Youth and young adults nationwide aged 16–21.
Iceland Service Mission
The Iceland Service Mission offers participants the opportunity to engage in service projects tailored to the specific partnerships and needs of the church or organization. These trips combine service, reflection, discipleship, and connection in Iceland’s stunning landscapes.

Iceland Service Mission -August
This program invites young adults to grow in faith, purpose, and connection by running a summer camp for local kids and families in Iceland’s stunning landscapes. It’s a week of service, growth, and new perspectives.
Open to: any young adult nationwide.
Iceland Service Mission -October
This program offers participants the chance to work closely with local church partners in the vibrant town of Akureyri, Iceland. Engage in community-focused projects, connect with local organizations, and immerse yourself in Icelandic culture and landscapes, all while growing in purpose and faith.
Open to: Any adult affiliated with Compass Path and partner organizations.
Purpose Expedition
The Purpose Expedition is a transformative six-month journey combining mentorship, retreats, and a week-long service trip to Iceland. It’s designed to help participants explore their values, build community, and grow in confidence and purpose.
Open to: Young adults aged 18–25, with priority given to individuals in foster care or those facing transitional life stages.
