FUNDING AGREEMENT

NOTE: By signing your name electronically on this form, you are agreeing that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.

By signing this form, I agree that the fundraising or payment total the Compass Program has assigned me is $1,100 ($1,350 - $250 initial deposit).*

I understand that this total cost does not include the price of my airfare. I understand that I am responsible for purchasing my airfare separately and that Compass is not liable for booking my flight itinerary.

I understand that if I am dismissed from the trip due to a violation of the Participant Agreement, there will also be no refunds of payment made to my trip.

By signing this form, I am committing to raising a total goal of $1,350.
*Unless otherwise stated in your financial aid award letter.

REFUND POLICY

Compass is classified by the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit organization. I understand that, because of this, all donations are tax-deductible and therefore non-refundable.
