Hey, Compass team! We are so excited to have you on Team Iceland! In order to get you all to and from Iceland with the best experience possible for everyone involved, we need you to fill out the following paperwork items. We ask that you upload any and all documents containing sensitive information directly to our secure online storage via the links provided below. Please do not email sensitive documents. Onboarding!
These items are due ASAP. Your spot on the trip is not confirmed until we have the deposit, and we will not create your personal fundraising page until we have received your Confirmation of Intent, Participant Agreement, and Funding Agreement.
This is $250 per person. You can pay through this link with a credit card or directly through your bank. We are unable to accept cash, but if you prefer to pay via check please let us know.
IMPORTANT: We will use this information to purchase your plane tickets, please double check that your full name and date of birth are entered exactly as they appear on your passport.
Please read this carefully so you are fully aware of what is expected of you while participating in a Compass trip.
Whether you plan to pay outright or fundraise to cover your expenses, please read and fill it out.

These items are due no later than June 1st but the sooner you can turn them in, the better.
You can take a picture on your phone, or scan and save as a PDF then upload here. Please ensure that the full name, DOB, expiration date, and passport number are clearly visible in the photo and that you have signed your passport. If you have ordered your passport, but are still waiting for it, please submit it as soon as you receive it.
Please upload a copy of your flight itinerary. Participants will arrange their own flights from their home destinations, with nonstop options available from Washington D.C., Chicago, Boston, and Seattle. We encourage participants to reserve early, as flights are typically most affordable a few months in advance. The program begins in Iceland with airport pickup at Keflavik International Airport on Sunday, August 3 and ends with drop-off at the same location for departure on Sunday, August 10. Compass will help participants find flight itineraries that align with the schedule.
Please complete this form as soon as possible so we have ample time to prepare for any dietary restrictions or medical conditions that may require accommodation/additional support. If any pertinent medical information changes between when you fill out the form and the start of the trip, we will ask you to update us with that information.
For the safety of our participants, staff, and partners, we run a CORI (background check) on all trip participants over the age of 18. Those who will be 18+ at the time of the trip need to download a blank copy of this form from the first button, and upload the completed copy to the second button. The person filling out the form is the “CORI Subject,” and Compass is the “Verifying Employer.” We will use your passport to verify your identity.
