REQUIRED PAPERWORK
Hey, Elms College students! We are so excited to have you on Team Iceland! In order to get you all to and from Iceland with the best experience possible for everyone involved, we need you to fill out the following paperwork items. We ask that you upload any and all documents containing sensitive information directly to our secure online storage via the links provided below. Please do not email sensitive documents. Onboarding!
These items are due by October 31st. Your spot on the trip is not confirmed until we have your deposit and received your Confirmation of Intent and Participant Agreement.
This is $250 per person. You can pay through this link with a credit card or directly through your bank. We are unable to accept cash, but if you prefer to pay via check please let us know.
IMPORTANT: We will use this information to purchase your plane tickets, please double check that your full name and date of birth are entered exactly as they appear on your passport.
Please read this carefully so you are fully aware of what is expected of you while participating in a Compass trip.
OPTIONAL: This is only necessary if you would like to fundraise. Students who are NOT fundraising do NOT need to fill this out.

The following are due no later than December 31st but the sooner you can turn them in, the better.
For the safety of our team, our partners, and the people we serve, we run a CORI (background check) on all trip participants over the age of 18. Those who will be 18+ at the time of the trip need to fill out the blank copy of this form from the first button, and upload the completed copy to the second button. The person filling out the form is the “CORI Subject,” and Compass is the “Verifying Employer.” We will use your passport to verify your identity.
