Compass Paperwork
Hey, Hendrix team! We are so excited to have you on Team Iceland. In order to get you all to and from Iceland with the best experience possible for everyone involved, we need you to fill out the following paperwork items. We ask that you upload any and all documents containing sensitive information directly to our secure online storage via the links provided below. Please do not email sensitive documents. **This is not an application. It will register you for the Iceland trip in our central information system.
* If you do not have a passport yet, please submit proof that you have applied for one or scheduled an appointment (EX: passport application receipt; email confirmation of scheduled appointment). We will follow up at a later date for a picture of your passport’s information page after you have received it.
**This will automatically populate when you submit your registration form. You do not need to submit it twice.
