Participant Evaluation Input

The questions are designed to evaluate and measure a participant’s:

• 1-4 sense of purpose

• 5-11 sense of confidence

• 12-15 desire for justice

• 16-18 spiritual/faith engagement

• 19-21 hopefulness

Upon evaluation, we hope to see an increase in all numbers.

The exact language for questions may vary, depending on the faith content of a specific program, but the goal is still for these numbers to increase thus showing an increased development in a participant’s overall spiritual being.
